No charge for sedan or SUV cancellations unless made within 2 hours of scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of scheduled pickup are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of scheduled pickup and no shows are billed in the full fare amount.
15 minutes free waiting time on all transfers (excludes cruise and airport arrival pickups).
1 hour free waiting time on all domestic airport arrivals from the time the plane arrives.
1 hour 15 minutes free waiting time on all international airport arrivals from the time the plane arrives.
45 minutes free waiting time on all cruise ship pickups beginning at scheduled pickup time.
$1 per minute or $55 per hour waiting time after free waiting time expires on all sedans.
$1.25 per minute or $75 per hour waiting time after free waiting time expires on all SUVs.
After Hours & Holiday Fees
$10 additional charge on all reservations scheduled between the hours of 12:00 AM - 12:59 AM and 4:30 AM - 5:29 AM.
$15 additional charge on all reservations scheduled between the hours of 1:00 AM - 4:29 AM.
$25 additional charge on the following holidays: New Years Day (Before 12:00 PM), 4th of July, Easter, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (after 8:00 PM), Christmas Day
Curbside and Greet Services
Curbside – Free! Our standard form of pickup, client will receive a text message containing their designated driver contact number upon landing. Simply reach out and the link will be made at the terminal curb when you're ready. Ask about our express pickup.
Meet and Greet – $20 charge. Chauffeur will greet customer at baggage claim with name sign.
Stop charges vary and are subject to distance, travel time, etc. Please consult with our office staff.
Child Car Seats
Infant and toddler car seats are available for an additional $10 charge per seat per trip.
Booster seats are available for an additional $5 charge per seat per trip.
As a courtesy to the next rider, smoking is strictly prohibited and not allowed in any vehicle at anytime!
There is a $200 minimum charge for any damage deemed significant by Metropro Limo. This may include excessive vomit, ripped seats, broken components or any damage as a result of negligence incurred during time of transportation.
Metropro Limousine LLC shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control. That may include but not be limited to weather, road conditions, mechanical faults or breakdowns.
Metropro Limousine LLC assumes no responsibility for any personal belongings left behind in any of our vehicles. As always, we will do our best to locate these belongings and will hold them in any such case.
